School Behavior Report Pack

Catch them doing GOOD — that's how builders are built. This printable School Behavior Report Pack from Yo Blizz The Builder helps teachers and parents notice the good, celebrate it out loud, and keep home and school pulling in the same direction. Every rating rewards effort: SUPER for shining, GOOD for solid work, and GROWING for skills that are still on the way up.

Positive framing only: this pack celebrates good choices and effort. The lowest rating is GROWING (still learning) — every child is building, every day.

What's included, page by page:
- Page 1 — Cover and how-to guide: print the daily cards, circle one box per category, add the stars up on Friday, and celebrate effort
- Page 2 — Daily Behavior Report Cards, Design A: two cards on one page (cut on the dashed line). Each card covers Listening, Kindness, Respect, Homework Done, and Helping Others, rated SUPER / GOOD / GROWING, with a Stars today score out of 15, a teacher note, and a parent signature line
- Page 3 — Daily Behavior Report Cards, Design B: the same friendly card with the star count box at the top
- Pages 4–5 — Weekly Behavior Report (the same layout twice, so you can print either page): the 5 categories across Mon–Fri with a week total, total stars, best moment of the week, one kind thing to practice next week, and parent and teacher signatures
- Page 6 — Home–School Communication Log: 12 note rows (Date, From Teacher/Parent, Note) plus a "Wins we are celebrating" section

Every card and report carries an original "Blizz says" encouragement line to read together with your student.
