**How do I get my log after I buy it?**
This is an instant download. As soon as your payment clears, you get a download link for the PDF (you will also get an email link). Download it to your computer, print all 18 pages on US Letter paper, and put them in a three-ring binder — the cover page walks you through a setup that takes about 20 minutes.

**Can I get a refund on a digital download?**
Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads are generally not refundable. If your file will not open or prints incorrectly, message the shop first — we will send a fresh copy or help you fix the print settings before anything else.

**Can I share the file or print a copy for another house or a friend?**
The log is licensed for personal use in one household — one binder per house — and you can reprint pages for that household as often as you like. Please do not forward the file, resell it, or print copies for other households — send them the shop link instead so they can get their own.
